The nature of my business means that everything sold here is a one-off, therefore there is a small possibility that you may order an item that has just been sold. 

How the Order Process Works

You place an order by adding items to the shopping cart, and then follow the simple instructions to go through secure 'checkout'.

After you tell us who you are and how you want to pay (see below) and click the confirm order button, an automated email will be sent to you, confirming your order has been received.   I will then email you within 24 hours to re-confirm your order and advise "exact" postage cost.

Postage Rates (Australia Post)

• Packed single item - $6.60 + $3.05 Registered [Pre-paid satchel - 500 grams]

• Packed multiple items - $11.20 + $3.05 Registered [Pre-paid satchel - up to 3 kg]

I am sending all items 'registered' due to some recent problems I have had with deliveries. This way I can provide you with a tracking item number and compensation for up to $100 if the parcel is lost.

Thats right, for every order over $85 we will pay the postage anywhere in Australia.

Please note: During checkout, postage will be shown but it will NOT be charged when we process the payment.

The checkout page that requests your personal and payment details is fully protected by our secure server (look for the gold padlock near the bottom of the screen).

Please (please) choose carefully.. we do not offer refunds, credits or swaps.

We will review the circumstances only if an item is not as described, faulty or damaged in transit.

We value our customers and respect your private information. We collect certain information about you in order to process your order, contact you regarding your order or send information to you about our products/services with your prior consent.

We do not sell/rent your private information to third parties.
